Funky Formal — Suits & Boots! Think formal silhouettes with personality: colorful or patterned suits, floral prints, metallics, sequins, feathers, statement pieces, dresses or jumpsuits with bold design, and cowboy boots are very welcome. When you enter your email on the RSVP page, it will automatically show if you have a plus-one (and how many). If you see “+1 guest” next to your name, you’re welcome to bring someone! If not, we ask that you attend solo — we had to keep our guest list intimate.

We love your little ones, but our wedding is an adults-only celebration (21+). We hope this gives parents a well-deserved night off to let loose on the dance floor!

The ceremony begins at 4:00 PM on Saturday. Shuttles will depart from the hotels around 3:00–3:15 PM, so plan to be at your hotel and ready to board a few minutes before that.

Shuttles will run from the hotels (including the Sheraton Sonoma Wine Country room block) to the venue and back. Saturday shuttles depart around 3:00–3:15 PM, and return shuttles will run after the reception ends at 11:00 PM.

Yes, the venue is fully wheelchair accessible. Please reach out if you have any specific needs.
